A Food Safety Management System (FSMS) demonstrates to an Environmental Health Officer that food production stays within legal guidelines.
What is HACCP?
HACCP stands for ‘Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point’. This process identifies possible threats to food safety and sets acceptable limits.
